Alterations
If you require sleeve shortening, please add $20 per shirt.
A breast pocket can be added for an additional cost of $10 per shirt.
All alterations are hand stitched and therefore you should allow an additional 5
working days for the arrival of your order.
Delivery
All our orders are dispatched using Australia Post. Delivery charges for domestic delivery within Australia is a low one price per order of $10. We will do our utmost to dispatch all orders immediately and subject to stock availability, and credit card authorization, have them delivered to you within 7 working days for NSW and 10 working days interstate.
Returns Policy
If any Austen Brothers shirt or product fails to meet with your approval, you can return it within one month of purchase, for an exchange or a full and immediate refund. Simply return the goods to us via your local post office with a brief description of your requirements.
Shirt Care
We recommend your shirts are washed at no more than 40ºC and not tumble dried. Always remove the collar stiffeners before washing. Your shirts will shrink to size after a few washes. For best results, iron slightly damp.
